Important Notice: The float time may vary depending on temperature, environment, and handling. Balloons should not be kept in bags. Remember to unbag your balloons upon receipt for optimal float time. Longevity is not guaranteed once balloons are taken outside. 

Depth of the pool must be confirmed 3 days before installation. Ensure the pump is switched off during installation. Weights are placed underwater to secure the pool, wrapped in plastic for protection. Delivery expected within a 5-hour time slot. No refunds for weather-related issues, cancellations accepted up to 48 hours before delivery with a 5% restocking fee. Balloons are purposely not fully inflated to account for helium expansion in warm temperatures.

Factors such as cold air, hot air, high humidity, changing barometric pressure, high altitudes, and moving air from fans and vents can impact balloon float times.
