All orders are custom and made-to-order; therefore, all sales are final.

Cancellations made at least 48 hours before delivery are subject to a 25% processing fee.

Cancellations made less than 48 hours before delivery are non-refundable, except in cases of unforeseen circumstances such as illness or emergency. In such cases, customers may receive a credit for a future event, valid for 6–12 months.
